My name is Erin Truesdell. I’m a junior at Drexel University, pursing a Bachelor’s of Science in Game Design and Production with a minor in Music Theory and Composition.
I am currently working at Drexel’s Entrepreneurial Game Studio as the full-time Program Assistant Co-Op.
My professional interests include experimental games and digital experiences, 3D modeling, game programming, and the development of engaging digital learning environments. I have been been invited to speak at the 2015 FIRST Championship Conferences, the 2017 Week of Undergraduate Excellence at Drexel University, and the 2017 National Conference on Undergraduate Research.
I am a member of Drexel Newman Catholic Community, where I serve as Events Coordinator and lead a small group focused on service based upon the lives of Dorothy Day and St. Katharine Drexel. I play the alto saxophone and perform with the Drexel Concert Band, Drexel Pep Band, Drexel Jazz Orchestra, and, most recently, the Philadelphia Wind Symphony. I serve as the president of the Beta chapter of the Pi Nu Epsilon honorary music fraternity. As an aspiring composer, I have several small projects in the works and plan to devote a portion of the rest of my time at Drexel to begin building a body of work in this area.
I define myself as a person who devotes my full self to everything that I do.
